Our Story

I am a single mother of an amazing 9 year old with special needs (Severe Autism, completely non-verbal, ADHD) and I absolutely love candles.

One day I realized my (Then 6 yr old) son was eating the unmelted wax in my candles. This prompted me to do some research on what's actually in them and if it was remotely safe. To my surprise I discovered that my store bought candles were in fact not safe and the industry was not regulated.  I was torn between my son's health and my love for candles. That's when the idea of Mello Scentsations Inc was born.

The only way I could be 100% sure the candles I was burning were healthy and wouldn't harm him, was if I made them myself. I learned everything I could about making candles and it's been non-stop since then.

Flash forward 3 years Mello ScentSations Inc has over 30 scented candles (3 different lines), all handmade with 100% non toxic, Eco friendly, vegan,  soy ingredients. We have since expanded into the skin care Industry with a 3 part skin care line Heal up, Glow up, Boss up.

During this time with mental health being a priority, Mello Scentsations is about providing healthy, clean, non-toxic, self care and self love products at affordable prices to our community such as Candles, Wax Melts, Body Butters, Lotions, Scrubs, Masks and more.

With products that look and smell so good, you will want to eat them.... But Please dont!!!  Til this day my son still sneaks a wax melt or some glow up for a taste LOL

 Our mission is simple, we strive to serve our community with relaxing and replenishing products for the Mind, Body and Soul. 

We are here to promote self care and self love without having to risk our health or pocket.  

We  strongly believe everyone should be able to enjoy high quality products  without having to worry about the harm it could potentially cause.
