This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.melloscentsations.ca   (the “Site”).

When you visit www.melloscentsations.ca, herein referred to as "the Site" we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. MAILING LIST


If you choose to opt-in to our newsletter mailing list we store your email address in order to send you news about products, sales, promotions, events & blog posts. We will use your email address for this purpose only and will not share with 3rd parties. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any newsletter we send to you.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Return and Refund Policy


Return and Refund policy:

Mello ScentSations Inc offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your not happy, we arent happy.

In the event you are not 100% Satisfacted with your purchase we got you covered. Received our product(s) as a gift, no worries we got you cover too!


To be eligible for a return 100% purchase price refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. 


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30+ days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund of your purchase price.


To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin the return process, please contact Melloscentsations@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. The purchaser will then be given refund instructions to send the product to Mello ScentSations Inc.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 


The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs on all returned/exchanged items.

All refunds exclude shipping and handling costs as they are non-refundable. 

When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any product that is sealed cannot be returned or exchanged (Glow up, Heal up, Boss up skincare lines)

- Items not in original condition, damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-Gift certificates and Gift cards


- Items that are returned 30+ days after purchase.


Gifts

If you received our product(s)  as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Contact us at Melloscentsations@gmail.com with the purchaser's name and the item purchased. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged Products

In the event that any item at Mello ScentSations Inc is damaged during shipping we will process a return, replacement or store credit depending on the severity of the damage.


Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of the item being received. Any reports later than 7 days will not be refunded.

YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

include your order number, proof of purchase, photographic proof of damage, photos of the shipping label, as well as photos of the interior/exterior of the shipping box. 

All refunds exclude shipping costs as they are non-refundable. 


Mello ScentSations Inc  is not responsible for damaged products that are not received damaged. 

Please ensure to follow All Candle care instructions and warning labels to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.


Cancelled Orders

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please send a email to Melloscentsations@gmail.com with your order number, reason for cancelation and contact information within 24hrs of placing the order and it will be canceled. 


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Melloscentsations@gmail.com
